Cancellation Policy

Please note our booking terms: Booking is only secured once payment is received. Payments are made online at the time of booking. Payment is due before the term commences. Late Payments may refuse entry to the class. If a parent cancels more than a certain number of days before the class (e.g., 14 days), a full refund can be provided. If a cancellation is made within less than 14 days, they may get a partial refund or no refund. Little Rainbow OT reserves the right to cancel classes in unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, weather). In this case, a full refund or reschedule will be offered. Missed classes are non-refundable and Little Rainbow OT is not responsible for missed sessions unless cancelled by Joanna. Make-up classes can be offered only in specific situations (e.g., sickness, emergencies). Children must follow the class rules and respect others. Little Rainbow OT reserves the right to remove a child if their behaviour is disruptive. Parents are responsible for informing Joanna of any special requirements (e.g., allergies, medical conditions) before the class. Joanna will provide adequate supervision during the class, but parents are responsible for the child’s safety before and after the class. Parents must provide up-to-date emergency contact details at the time of booking. Parents must inform Joanna of any medical conditions or allergies in advance. Little Rainbow OT is not responsible for accidents that occur due to negligence on the part of the child or parent. All necessary materials (paints, brushes, paper, etc.) are provided. Parents may be responsible for the cost of replacing any intentionally damaged materials or equipment. Photos may be used for marketing or social media, parents can choose whether to give their consent for their child’s images at the time of booking. In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies that prevent the class from happening Little Rainbow OT can offer a refund or to reschedule the class. Children should arrive at the Watercolours club location for a 3.20pm start. Children will be dropped at the front of the school at 4.30pm for collection. Parents must pick up children on time. A late fee may be charged for parents who consistently arrive late for pick-up. Personal information (e.g., emergency contacts, medical information), will be stored in accordance with GDPR guidance.
